Thank you for your interest in the Future of Recreation in Airdrie Survey.

The City of Airdrie ensures that residents have access to indoor and outdoor recreation facilities, programs, and services. Whether it is children being able to participate in sports or culture activities, seniors having facilities for social functions, or adults having access to services that enhance well-being, the City supports opportunities that benefit residents. To help the City understand what you want for the future, a community survey is being conducted.

Please note, if your household is or is not active in recreation, we need to hear from you.

Most of the survey questions will ask you about existing services and how you use them, and other services that may not yet be in place. It should take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the questions.

HarGroup Management Consultants, an independent research firm, has been engaged to conduct the survey.

Instructions:

• The questionnaire should be filled out by ONE ADULT WITHIN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
• If you do not know the answer to a question or it does not apply to your situation, please do not respond to it.
• All information that you provide in the survey will be kept strictly confidential.
• Please complete your questionnaire by November 30, 2021.
